A MONSTER TRAGEDY!!!
The Lulu plays, written around 1900, follow the decline and fall of one of the most elusive of all dramatic heroines. What is Lulu? A heroine? A victim? A monster? She probably doesn't really care what we call her anyway. Set at the birth of a country called Germany, an art movement called impressionism, a French revolution called the Commune, and a series of murders that shocked the world, this is a weird and wonderful journey into the very darkness.
