The Unfortunate Adventures of Pierrot

Written by | Francesca Masini

Directed by | Francesca Masini & Genré  Herd

‘’I’m going to change my destiny, ladies and gentlemen! Pierrot will find love!’’

These adventures take place between Pierrot’s eccentric world of Commedia Dell'Arte and ours. While navigating this halfway land filled with gags, melancholy, self-determination and a touch of melodrama, Pierrot attempts to woo a woman, Lune.Although the two appear to have nothing in common initially, they quickly discover that their existential crises are surprisingly similar, and their mirrored circumstances pave the way for the love story that Pierrot had always been searching for. Only this time, it might actually come with a happy ending.

Lighthouse

“Evil thenceforth became my love”

Only three things are guaranteed in this world: we live, we die, and whatever lies ahead is not for the living to know. When Violet is transported to a purgatorial light shop, she is confronted with an ultimatum from which there may be no return. Lighthouse is a story about death, grief, life, love—and the mysteries that lie betwixt and between, for which there are no simple answers.
