A promised bride. A broken vow. Forbidden love crashes against a family vendetta in Federico García Lorca’s haunting epic of desire and death, Blood Wedding. In The Bride and the Moon, let us take you on a journey through a forest of dark omens and distrust, as we explore Lorca’s world of repression, ritual, and folklore. Asking if it’s possible to escape from the constraints placed upon us by society, and if we are truly able to break the cycle.
