Accommodation
At the Loughton Campus
East 15 (in conjunction with the University of Essex Accommodation Office) provides help and advice in finding local accommodation for students. Those who wish to live close to the Loughton Campus can choose from a wide range of flats, houses and bedsits to rent. There are also opportunities to board with host families in the surrounding area.
At the Southend Campus
The University manages student accommodation (which consists of new build or newly refurbished developments, furnished to a modern, high specification) and a selection of managed residential homes.
All accommodation is within walking distance of the Southend Campus and the University endeavours to guarantee accommodation to first-year undergraduates and international students.
